Got the notice that my renewal for my
CertNexus Cybersec First Responder CFR-410 Ceritication has been processed and is good until December 2028. My certification is updated CertNexus CyberSec First Responder certification.
The process was a bit of a struggle. I waited until my certification had almost expired. I attempted to purchase the renewal voucher and I received a notice on the web page that my payment was unsuccessful. I tried it several times without success. I then hit my credit card and say I had 3 or 4 charges on it. CertNexus tech support was able to fix the issue for me very quickly on a weekend which I greatly appreciated.
After that I also had some issues getting my CPEs into the system. Sent another email and they were able to get that worked out as well, and today got the notice, that my renewal had been updated. While the process was a struggle, CertNexus was responsive to emails and things would have gone smoother if I had started the renewal process earlier. It also being close to the Holidays probably didn't help either.
That being said. Think it is a good cert and I'm glad I renewed it.
